At Rekam AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI voice services. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.
- Completely Unused: If no credits have been used, a refund request can be initiated within 30 days after the payment date.
- Minimal Usage: If less than 1,000 characters have been converted or processed, a refund request can be initiated within 7 days of the payment date.
Rekam AI will refund purchases made within the past 30 days if:
- It is determined that your account has been compromised and used fraudulently.
- You have been charged in error by Rekam AI.
- Technical issues on our end have prevented the normal use of our services.
- Duplicate charges have occurred due to system errors.
Note: You must contact us within 30 days of the disputed charge for us to process a refund.
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using our service as intended, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Partial refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- If you use more than 1,000 characters during a billing period and then cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Credits that have been consumed cannot be refunded, even if you are unsatisfied with the generated content.
- Any refund request made after 30 days from the date of subscription purchase (including any trial period) will not be honored.
- Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date, regardless of the subscription term.
- Credits purchased at a discount or during promotional periods.
- Services already rendered, including completed voice generations, cloning sessions, or transcriptions.
- Subscription renewals where services have been actively used during the current billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued if your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support:Through our in-app customer support with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Provide Information: Include the following details in your message:
- Your account email address
- Order ID or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Description of any issues experienced (if applicable)
- Processing Time: We will review and process your request within 7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timeline: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Rekam AI allows one refund per account. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our refund system.
If the number of refund requests from a single account reaches two or more, Rekam AI reserves the right to:
- Restrict the account from purchasing any future subscription plans or credits.
- Permanently suspend the account if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Require additional verification for future purchases.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time.
- Refund: A refund involves the return of your payment and immediate termination of service access (except in cases where the refund period overlaps with continued service).
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Rekam AI account.
- Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section in your dashboard.
- Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision was made in error, you may:
- Request a Review: Email us at support@rekam.ai with "Refund Review Request" in the subject line.
- Provide Additional Information: Include any additional documentation or evidence that supports your claim.
- Final Decision: Our team will conduct a final review and respond within 5 business days. This decision will be final.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be:
- Posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
- Sent to your registered email address if the changes are significant.
- Effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of Rekam AI services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
